I probably wouldn't look twice at this dress, but that belt is such a great accent to the dress! I really like its subtle tone of color. It's not screaming at you, and I kinda like that.

Don't Judge!
My roommate and I opted out of seeing New Moon at Midnight this past evening. We predicted screaming tweens and their mothers. We are going next week, it will probably still be a packed house but hopefully will miss a lot of the screamers

2 for 1
Okay check this dress out. I love it because the lace at the top of the dress can be removed. This bride chose to tuck it into the bodice of her dress, she could have easily worn it over her dress. For the reception she removed the whole thing to create a strapless gown! It's like getting 2 gowns for the price of 1. Also a great solution to you brides getting married in a church and want something to 'cover up' with out taking away from your gown.

Weekend!
Happy Friday Everyone!! I'm so excited! The free skating rink in Bryant Park opens today for the winter season. I'm going to go check it out after work today. Lots of things planned for this weekend.
-unpack the boy from his suitcases
-donate clothes
-make trip to IKEA
-put together purchases from IKEA
-sew dress for button+boo
-sit down with boy and layout some wedding plans

Unvieled
I'm loving the details on the bodices of all these gowns. This was in an amazing spread done in Unvieled wedding magazine (i'm offically obsessed). And what I really can't get over are the necklines of the bottom 2 photos. They all have an elegant feeling to them.
Who doesn't want to look elegant on their wedding day?!

Don't let go
I saw this picture in a news article a while back. the story was about this father and solider that was on his way to being deployed. His eldest daughter refused to let go of his hand. The article said that the general or the commander of the troop couldn't bring himself to make her leave her dad.

Finally
I'm waiting for a very important person to arrive here today. I've been waiting 2 1/2 years to be together in the same city with him. I couldn't be more happy today!
