Just a touch of sparkle

Okay well, this may be a bit more than a touch of sparkle, but I love it anyway.  This remarkable gown is by designer Rachel Gilbert.

The bride has a story about this dress that made her remember that getting married is about WHO you are marrying and not What you are wearing.  Although, we all like to pretend that it is just as important to look and feel great in a dress you love.

ETSY UPDATE!!!
Be sure to check back tomorrow for a look at Christina's new collection on Button and Boo!  There are some great one-of-a-king pieces and some show stopping accessories.

Lovely! It reminds me of a 20s wedding. And her eyes are stunning too.

so lovely! i'm always impressed when sparkles are elegant and glamorous rather than over the top glitz. xx, Jane

Can't wait to see the new things in the shop! And yes, this dress is amazing. I melted the first time I saw it---such pizazz!

Really pretty dress. I like how she kept the jewelry simple -- I think that's precisely what you need to do in a dress as stunning and sparkly as this one.
